Red sandalwood plantation
What is Neeladri Red Gold Farm Plots?
It is our red sandalwood farm plot project at Durgi, near Macherla, Andhra Pradesh — within the Seshachalam–Nallamala forest region, the natural home of red sandalwood. Full details and the brochure are on the Red sandal page.
What is the plot size?
Each plot is 100 sq. yds (25' × 36') and comes with 12 red sandalwood saplings.
How long is the plantation cycle?
The project runs on a 12-year cycle, during which the company maintains the plantation free of cost.
Who handles felling and sale of the red sandalwood?
The company takes full responsibility for felling, selling and exporting the red sandalwood with the required Central and State Government permissions.
How is the harvest income shared?
After harvest, the income is shared 50% to the plot owner and 50% to the company. This is set out in a mutual agreement registered at the Sub-Registrar office.
Pricing & payments
What is the price per plot?
The starting price is ₹1,60,000 per 100 sq. yds (earlier ₹1,90,000). Preferred plots cost extra per sq. yd: East facing ₹100, all corners ₹200, North East ₹300. Registration charges are extra.
Are payment plans available?
Payment options depend on the project and phase. Visit our office in Uppal and our team will share what's available.
Legal & documentation
How are the plots registered?
Plots are registered along with the saplings at the Sub-Registrar office, in sq. yds with plot numbers. Link documents from 1986 are available, and registration is done directly by the company with no third party.
Can I have the documents checked by my own lawyer?
Yes, and we encourage it. Ask our team for the document set and your lawyer can review it at their own pace.

Visit our office at Plot No 57, HMDA Layout, Uppal during working hours and our team will plan a site visit with you.
